QUESTION: IS IT NECESSARY TO HAVE AN ACCOUNT TO SHOP ON TELECARTINDIA?

Answer: Yes, it is mandatory to have an account with us to do shopping for any product in our website. While shopping in our website, you will be making payments and share other details which stays much secure with an account rather than a guest user. As our registered user, we maintain higher security standards to keep your information private and secure.

 

QUESTION: HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

Answer: To create an account with us, simply click on “Create an account” button in the top right corner of the home page. You will get option to create account through Facebook or Google account and also make a manual registration.

Selecting account sign up through social media account will take you to your accounts for granting permission.

Selecting account sign up manually will require you to type in email and password manually and then agreeing to the terms & conditions.

Once you register yourself, you will receive an email confirming the same into your related email account.

 

QUESTION: HOW CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Answer: You can do that from your account by accessing “My Account” tab. In the account page, click on “edit an address” option to change or edit any shipping or billing details. You can also use different address as shipping and billing address.

 

QUESTION: HOW TO TRACK MY ORDERS?

Answer: Log into your account and go to your account page where you will see details of your orders and their delivery tracking records. You can also dial our customer care number +911204763963 for any help regarding this.

 

QUESTION: HOW TO I CANCEL AN ORDER BEFORE MAKING PAYMENT?

Answer: Log into your account and click on “Cart” button to access your cart. In there, beside each added product, you will see an “X” option in the extreme right corner. Click on that to remove any product.

 

QUESTION: HOW DO I APPLY A COUPON ON MY ORDER?

Answer: You can apply a coupon when you add the product on the cart. There will be a check box written "I have a discount coupon code". Select the check box and enter your coupon code.

 

QUESTION: IS THERE ANY CHECKOUT LIMIT?

Answer: There is no checkout limit we have set for shopping with us. So, you can add and order as much product as you want in the shopping cart.

 

QUESTION: WHAT ARE TELECARTINDIA HOURS OF OPERATION?

Answer: Our business hours are 09:30 am to 6:30 pm, Monday through Saturday. Sunday and all Gazetted Holidays are off.

 

QUESTION: IS THERE ANY DELIVERY CHARGES I HAVE TO PAY?

Answer: Yes, at the moment we are charging a delivery fees of INR 100/-. Your delivery will be sent by DTDC currier with whom we have collaborated for faster and efficient delivery.

 

QUESTION: WHAT ARE THE AVAILABLE PAYMENT METHODS?

Answer: At the moment, we accept online bank transfer, cash on delivery (COD) and credit card payments. For making Credit Card payment, there will be an extra charge of (+2.36%) +₹ 52.57.

 

QUESTION: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR AN ORDER TO ARRIVE AFTER COMPLETING PAYMENT?

Answer: If you are based in prime locations such as metro cities then it will only take 2-3 days to deliver your order. If you are based in remote location or rural location then it will take up to-15 days or more. Time of delivery depends on the delivery mode you choose and the delivery location you select.

QUESTION: WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE'S BEEN DAMAGED OR LOST DELIVERY TO MY ORDER?

Answer: In such cases, we will redeem the cost from our delivery partner. We strongly recommend you to take photo of the damaged delivery or lost delivery record and mail us at support@telecartindia.com.
