8 DAYS UNMODIFIED RETURN POLICY
If the delivered product is not as per your expectations then we will initiate a return for unused and unmodified items within 10 days from purchase.
CHOOSE BETWEEN REFUNDS OR REPLACE
With us, you have the freedom to choose between refunds or replace for return initiated items. If you choose refund then you will get 100% money back ad in case of replace, you will get a new product as the same order.
DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT
If you receive a damaged item or torn out packaging with damaged item than you can ask for a return. In such case, drop an email to email@example.com with description of damage along with photos.
WHEN RETURN WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE?
- When item is burned or damaged by the receiver.
- When any consumable item has been used or installed for more than 10days.
- When anything is missing from the item like price tags, labels etc.
GENERAL RETURN GUIDELINES
- All returns should be done only after informing us and initiation generated from us.
- Any accessories or documentation included in the product will have to return along with the product. In case of incomplete product, your return will not be accepted and no further action will be taken.
- Do not remove price tags or stickers if you want to initiate a return.
- Returned items may take up to 14 working days to initiate refund or replacement.
- Replacement orders will not be replaced or refunded anymore. Only one return is possible for any purchase.
- In case of not received return item, we reserve the rights to deny initiating any replace or refund.
- In case of returning an item, we suggest you to choose a trackable currier service to ensure 100% guaranteed delivery.
